About Me
I’m a strategist by instinct, a builder by nature, and a problem-solver at heart.
I’m drawn to complicated challenges—the kind without an obvious answer. I like finding the thread that connects what people need, what an organization is trying to accomplish, and what will genuinely move someone to care. Then I turn that insight into something clear, compelling, and actionable.
I believe the best marketing begins with listening. It requires curiosity, empathy, cultural awareness, and the willingness to challenge assumptions. As a bilingual Latina leader, I bring a perspective shaped by lived experience and a deep appreciation for the nuances of language, identity, and community. I don’t believe in talking at people. I believe in understanding them—and creating work that makes them feel understood.
My leadership style is equal parts vision and involvement. I enjoy shaping the big picture, but I’m never too far removed from the work itself. I ask thoughtful questions, bring clarity when things feel complicated, and create the momentum that turns good ideas into meaningful results.
I care about the numbers, but I care just as much about the people behind them. To me, growth isn’t only about reaching more people. It’s about building trust, removing barriers, and helping people make decisions that can improve their lives.
Outside of work, I’m someone who values family, community, personal growth, and the small rituals that make life richer—a great cup of coffee, a home-cooked meal, time near the water, and the satisfaction of figuring out how to make something better.
I’m energized by meaningful missions, ambitious ideas, and people who care deeply about what they’re building. If there’s a complex problem to solve, a story worth telling, or an opportunity to make a lasting difference, that’s where I want to be.
